Can I wash more
than one vehicle on my plan?
No. The Club Plan
is for one vehicle (the vehicle registered with us) to be washed a maximum
of once per day. You may, however, purchase a second plan at a
discounted rate, or purchase a book of washes that can be used on any car,
any location, no expiration date.
Can I transfer
my Club Plan to a different vehicle or changes license plates?
Yes. You may transfer your Club Plan to a different vehicle, or changes
licenses plates a maximum of 2
times per year. Just see a cashier and it will be changed.
Can I transfer
my Club Plan to a different person?
Sure. Just see a cashier and it will be changed. You will need
to provide the name of the person you want it changed to, and their
license plate and vehicle make.
What if I am
going out of town for an extended period of time?
You can place your card on hold (if you won't be using it) for a minimum
of one month; your card must be turned it at a location PRIOR to
inactivity. Just see a cashier. You can put it on hold twice
per year.
What if my vehicle is in service?
If the listed vehicle is in service, you can wash your loaner, but loaner
papers must be presented to cashier.
Does it really
matter if I attempt to wash another car on my plan?
Yes. The Club plan was designed to be used on one vehicle
only. We consider it stealing to attempt to wash a different
vehicle. Abuse of any policy can result in loss of card with no refund. The
Club Plan Card is property of Jax Kar Wash and must be surrendered upon
demand.
What do I do if
I lost my Club Plan card?
Just see a cashier, and for $5, she will replace your card.
Can I put two
vehicles on one card?
No. Unfortunately, our computer system has no way to support
two vehicles on one card.
Can I have two
cards for the same vehicle?
Yes. Just see a cashier, and for $5, she will issue you an
additional card.
Can I renew my
Club Plan on-line?
No, to keep costs down, we ask that you only renew at any location.
However, you can purchase a gift certificate for a Club Plan on-line

payment can I use to purchase my Club Plan?
Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, Trade
Exchange of America. Oh, and yes, we still take cash!
Does it cost
more for a Plan on an oversized vehicle?
No, one price for all.
Can I purchase
a six-month Club Plan for Exterior only?
No, we only offer the six-month plan on Full-Service plans.
