I cannot receive my 11th Wash Free or Free Works if my
Value Card is not activated/registered here.

My email address and phone number are only used to: (1) notify me that I'm eligible for my "11 Wash Free" or my "Free Works" or (2) to help Jax recover my credits in the event that I lose my card. Jax will never use this data without my permission, nor will they share it. If I lose my card, Jax will need this data to transfer my punches and points to my new card.

What if I loose my card?

We will give you a new blank card for no charge. If your lost card was registered (activated), we will transfer the Virtual Punches and Points from your lost card to your new card. See a manager at any location to have your new card updated.

My card is damaged. What now?

We will give you a new blank card for no charge. If your lost card was registered (activated), we will transfer the Virtual Punches and Points from your lost card to your new card for FREE. See a manager at any location to have your new card updated.

I have 2 or more Value Cards with punches & points on it.
Can I combine them?

Sure. Just present both cards to a manager at any location, and we will combine the values of both cards on to one. Both cards must be activated.
